Meet Tre
Meet Tre Miles
My name is Tre Miles, a Bay Area-based Student Physical Therapist (SPT) at UCSF currently pursuing my doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have with a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and live healthier lives. My background combines academic knowledge with years of hands-on experience in fitness and rehabilitation. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University, giving me a unique perspective on the connection between physical performance and mental well-being.
Before pursuing my doctorate, I worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Equinox and as a Flexologist at StretchLab, where I developed extensive experience in movement assessment, flexibility training, and corrective exercise. Those experiences strengthened my belief that recovery is not just about treating soreness or pain—it's about restoring confidence, improving quality of life, and helping people optimize their performance.
Today, I specialize in stretching and corrective exercise, using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance overall movement. Whether you're in the post rehabilitation phase after recovering from an injury, managing chronic tightness, or simply striving to move and feel your best, my goal is to provide personalized solutions that support long-term health rather than temporary fixes.
I believe that you only get one body, and how you care for it today directly impacts how you feel tomorrow. Investing in your recovery, mobility, and overall wellness isn't just about preventing injury—it's about creating the freedom to live an active, fulfilling life. I'm excited to be part of your journey and help you build a stronger, healthier foundation so you can continue doing the things you love for years to come.
